Borussia Dortmund reached the Champions League final with a 2-0 aggregate win over Paris Saint-Germain. Leading 1-0 from the first leg, Dortmund defended resolutely and took their chances on the break to secure a famous victory.
Mats Hummels headed home the only goal of the second leg in the 70th minute, giving Dortmund a 2-0 aggregate win and a place in the final against either Manchester City or Real Madrid.
It is a remarkable achievement for Dortmund, who have defied the odds to reach the final. They were drawn in a tough group with Barcelona and Inter Milan, but they finished top of the group and have continued to impress in the knockout stages.
Dortmund's victory is also a blow to PSG, who were desperate to win the Champions League for the first time. The French champions have invested heavily in recent years, but they have yet to deliver on their promise in Europe.
The Champions League final will be played in Istanbul on May 29. Dortmund will be hoping to win their first Champions League title since 1997.
